2.1How the score is counted
Each answer is worth 0 to 4 points, every question weighs the same, and the total is rescaled to 100. The four band thresholds were set by the editorial team: no calibration, no validation on any population. The computation exists to produce a readable, shareable result, not a measurement.
3About this test
An idea of yours gets repeated by someone else in a meeting. Someone close asks you to back up a tidied-up version of events in front of witnesses. A negotiation tips your way and you happen to be holding the one fact that would help the other side. This game drops you into twenty-four situations like these and only asks what you would do.
At the end you get four playing-style readings: spotlight, tactics, cool head, risk appetite. None of them is a character trait, none of them has been calibrated against anything, and the total measures nothing. It is built to be compared with friends, not interpreted.

No. This test is not a measurement instrument, it is a game. A high score means you answered imaginary situations decisively, nothing else. No conclusion about your personality can be drawn from it.
No. Every situation can be played several ways and none of them is better than another. The score only exists to produce a readable, shareable result.
