It seems that sadness is their natural state. They are like knights of a sad image, walking only on their paths, avoiding those around them. And, I must say, few people are bored if they suddenly do not find themselves at a noisy party, or somewhere else in public. After all, they continue to be sad and where it is appropriate and where it is completely unnecessary.
Many people are aware of this feature and would like to change something, but to do this, you need to at least approximately imagine why sadness, longing, and sadness become a constant companion of life and, what is terrible, without them, a person feels uncomfortable. The infinite sadness – this is another parasite in our psyche.
Although, more precisely, a symbiotic parasite. That is, we also get some benefit from it. Perhaps not immediately, over time, but we get it. However, almost all destructive feelings act in similar way-as symbionts, otherwise, it would be much easier to get rid of them.
It is not so important why sadness arises, it is important whether you are going to do something about it? Of course, it is not always possible to change the situation yourself. In particular, the examples that generate sadness that we have considered, for the most part, stem from the contradiction of values and our impulses.
In other words, it may be possible to achieve a normal state only through a revision of values, through an orientation towards self-worth. And, if you have different values from childhood, then in adulthood it is perceived difficult. But anything is possible.
